Not bad for a 1st Shot. However...
This is your first animation and for that, I give you a 5\8! I want this to be in NG. I hope this passes judgement. Anyways a list of things for you to improve on.
1. Your Art. Madness is hard to screw up, your art was recognizable, however it was VERY LOW quality.
2. Animation. You need to learn a little more about animation, because at the moment they were choppy and crappy...
Anyways these are the two major things for you to work on, I hope you do, because you show lots of potential.
