Gotta say
Even though there was very limited animation, you used what you had pretty well.
It made me lol and smile and is the start of a good toon.
Keep this up.

Not very good.
I've seen lots of madness tributes and this one isn't the greatest because for starters its to short, the animation isn't the best (including the FPS rate) and altogether...to be pretty clear its pretty bad.
