I must admit there is only do far one can go with such childish and pointless humour. However upon saying that I must confess that you actually produced a piece of some originality and could have had me giggling with some tweaking of the sound effects or mabee some techno music in the background. This deserves a respectable four as it was better than I expected

But... with better drawing, an actual longer song and a point... it could be OK
You should wait...
...If it were me, I think I would wait until i had developed the skill as a flash artist before I would submit anything like this. Hopefully in those two years you were talking about, you got an education in animation.
