Not too bad of an approach
However, as I agree with others, the concept was just something done by Proxicide. One other thing you didn't do, although I'm sure no one would blame you too much for it, is that you didn't credit Celine Dion. Nor did you credit others for the music you used. Saying that your the one that chose the songs isn't proper crediting.
Keep up the work that you do, but broaden yourself from works already done.

I going to have to agree with PhotonWaveZero it does look like a rip off of Proxicide's work, you have amazing talent dont get me wrong, but it looked to close like Mk vs. SF. I'm giving you a low score because it wasn't bad, I'm giving it to you because it was unoriginal. Nothing more nothing less

Street fighter meets dragonball z meets bad grammer. Good fighting scenes, could have given a little more to story though. vote of 4 and 7 stars. Oh and whos mokoto lol I thought it would be that fighting chick from love hina

But stealing someone else's hard work and design is NOT good. Proxicide's work isn't even replicated well here. Your menu is a complete and utter "blatant rip-off." Your music choices are a "blantant rip-off," and decompiling someone's swf with that magical tool called "Sothink Swf Decompiler" isn't difficult. I give you credit for the attempt at mastering Proxicide's choreography, but that's it. Put more effort into your own work instead of stealing someone elses. You obviously have the talent for it.
I didnt try to rip of proxicide I just happen to like street fighter and that song he had by E.S. If I was ripping of proxicide you would see scorpion or someone from MK.

It was an extremely awesome fight, One of the greatest flash fights i have seen for a long time. Great job and i will be keeping an eye on your next flash fight.
