Reviews for "Sniper Game Demo"
Alright, it was good for an Alpha.
I just had a few problems with it, but they're small
1.) The scope had the little lines on the crosshairs, and that's really frustrating because it blocked my view before I killed the man.
2.) For the final cut, can there be actual street noises? I see alot of sniper games, but hardly any ever have street noises!
3.) I know there's a "zoom" feature, but if the scope could start out a little farther zoomed in, that'd be nice.
Very nice so far. I hope the actual game is hit.
By the way, how about the name "Lying in Wait"? I've always thought that would be a cool name for a sniper game...

Look past the actual rating please.
I wanted to try it and give you a good review, but every time I shoot the man in the beginning, in the first level, the mission acomplished sign shows up, but the background just fades in and out all the time, as if the fade out effect was looped, so I never got to play more than that level. Besides from that, it seemed like it had potential, though it look alot like other sniper games. But I guess it's hard to find new ways to make such games.
I missed some kind of briefing before the level, felt like I was just thrown directly into the game, so while I was reading my objective, I was losing precious time.

The game is currently in it's Alpha stages meaning I haven't developed any levels yet. It was put up mainly to test the loading online. And yes I know the bg loops that was a bug I forgot to fix. Do you have any suggestions to make this game unique?

if you want to make it a little different then try to make your own game from scratch without startoffs from other games. other than that, it would make a good game.

Its gonna be good
Liked the game. Can't wait for the finished product. I agree the Scope should either be on all the time or have it so that when the scope is not active the rest of the screen is brighter so you can locate targets easier. Liked the zoom levels though.
