Complete HL2 ripoff, no medkits, no auto-reload, and worst of all, no music. Couldn't really get into it.

It was Half Life, next time make up your own stuff. The core idea of the game is great, but its the level execution and storyline movement that destroys this game. It becomes boring within 6 or 7 phases, and the lack of weapons just adds a sense of boringness. Trying during this into a defense game, or just redesign the levels so they feel less like a top-down platformer. Upgrades are also very important, just picking up weapons wont do it for most people, have a time limit, or make the phases longer, then add a upgrade screen to each one. Have money in the crates. You should add other enemys as well, like combine, or zombie combine to keep in theme.
This game has huge amounts of potential, try and bring it out a little bit
