I hate starfox,
That toanyroc guy is an idiot, don't listen to him, the controls are simple as hell, and you can pick it up in a millisecond.
I would recommend making it into your own game, and not calling it starfox. you obviously have the talent to create your own models or whatever, make it more artsy maybe and less jagged blocks. Try again, but dont change too much
I'm not the best animator or story writer. I just do scripting. The controls are very simple but nobody takes the time to read them. Don't play if you hate him I'm sure there are plenty of other games you could have played. Plus If I did make it some annonomus ship It would be ignored and plus I like Starfox anyway.

but when i was getting power ups for the laser.. it downgraded and got owned by the second enemy cuz it completely went away. something u have to fix for sure!!
agh I will try and fix it if I am incapable I will just remove this.

worth trying but nothing specia. we dont fire fast enought, we shouldnt be able to do a charge beam and fire normal laser at the same time,the music gets boring quickly, etc.
A nice attempt
I'm a fan of the star fox series; though that doesn't stop me from saying that this could be better. I mean, it was a nice attempt by using side scrolling instead of having the camera behind craft; however the over all game didn't appeal to me.
Personally, I think you could pull off the classic SF look if you investigate calculating depth on a 2D plane (really easy once you understand it) - and then use the sprites ripped from the SNES game to complete it.
Good try this time, but it isn't a winnah for me.
