there was one in episode 3 whhen joe looks out of the truck loaded with C4's window the mirror says: Objects in mirror are Smaller than they appear
But it should say larger.

Like most others I didn't see most of those mistakes either, until I saw this movie.
Step by step:
Steering Wheel: Correct, unless it's a British car which makes other screens incorrect.
Brake Lights: Correct, altough they might just be out of order, they aren't lit in the rest of the movie either.
Joe, No Joe: Correct, except that Joe is missing two times, not three.
Window tint: It might just be dark outside.
Glass: Correct.
Shameless Plug: Don't get it.
Smoke: Correct, altough it might just have dissipated.
Text-flip: Correct.
Steering Wheel: See first.
Siren: Correct.
Guns: Correct.
Missing Bodies: Correct.
Helmet: Might be lying behind him, thus obscured from sight.
Hotel: It's around the corner.
Light: Correct, altough there is a fraction of a second in which the picture would be correct since the light is alternating between red and yellow.
Escalator: Correct.
Other Mistakes:
The tombstone is clean when last shown in Episode 1, in Episode 2 it has blood but no Ri.
The club-guys in the car change color.
In the second episode the glass is still repaired even though the car has now crashed.
The walky-talky might have been better of with another color.
The left-front wheel of Joe's police car blackens, later the right-front does too.
When Joe's shooting from the car, a green guy get's hit before Joe fires.

You step out on to the path and look back at the building. Hey where'd the hotel go. Ohh nuts I left my wallet in the compartment.
It's a holiday makers worst case senario.
P.s. I didn't actually notice any of these mistakes while watching the cartoons. Which just goes to show you can cover the mistakes up with a good plot line.
Either that or I need glasses. Ohhh wait already have glasses (^_^)
