Grim is #6, and he is a arrancar, all the espadas are, its just that the top ten are in the espada force (they get to hang with Aizen) there power is also gaged by there #! 11 and up there power isnt gaged that way. To prove this there was an episode that spoke of all of this when the arrancar's first started to attack! :-)
