Ok, all you people that are being mean because it has no sound, MY first flash had no sound, either. (Not that it really matters because my first flash sucked.)

Sorry if i kinda didn't understand the whole film. all i saw was mario and luigi messing with a sound machiene.
I will be easy on you though, keep trying and you will be succsessful

Not that bad really,
Though it could use some work...
Sound- no biggie, its your first flash. we here at newgrounds understand it takes a while to find a source for sounds :P.
Video- this is the thing that could make it not pass... sadly. The story was cool, i enjoyed that part, but the animation could be smoother. just practice, and you will improve :D.
good job on this, I hope to see more from you. 6/10 3/5
