The guys voice does sound like the robin williams based character in family guy ,when robin willams plays as a doctor and uses laughter to heal the children, one of the children said i quote, "I wish i was dead." This flash video is funny, it isn't ripped off the show so people shut up and enjoy this comedy gold of the year.

As usual, I liked the animation and voice acting. I really need to mention the quality character design, especially the ... um... horse.. man...
I find it funny how I never can tell where the setup is going to bring the punchline to.
It keeps me on my feet (well, not really, since I'm usually sitting, you know what I mean.)

I have seen just about every episode of family guy, I do not remember a guy with a longface saying his mother was raped by a horse. I seen an episode when peter brought a braindamaged horse to his house but that is not the same as this.
