The animation style you have here is great! What really stood out to me was the way you shook the screen when the dinnersaur roared: nice touch. The audio was also really good! The ending was pretty funny, "Should we tip?" Lol.
I could see this was just a short, but color would have made this a lot better. Maybe add a bit more length to it as well.
Overall it was a funny cartoon with some sweet dinnersaud action.

I wanted to color this one, but then I got bored of it and decided to move onto another cartoon.
