Good for first game
I thought it was o.k. for a first flash, but you should really make it good and entertaining before you submit something. I thought that for such a large health bar, you didn't have much health. Maybe you could add some power-ups or something like that. A scoring and a timer and other stuff like that would also be cool. Overall, great start, you just need to improve on some things.
Mechanically sound, needs something.
The game mechanics worked fine. However, the game still needs a bit of oomph. A reward for doing well, and a penalty for losing. A little more variety in your enemies as well, like a ghost that moves as well as zooming in, or one that disappears and reappears at odd moments.
Solid, but not outstanding. VERY good for a first flash game.

a lot of first flashes are horrible, or barely passable
but this one was really good
things to add later, i would say, score would be a definite and maybe ammo/reload
Needs some tweaking.
It's a pretty good game, but it needs a few tweaks. A few times a ghost would appear a split-second away from touching the screen, with no way for me to stop it in time. I'm not sure if that was intended, but I would fix or remove it.
Finally add a score counter during the game and a final tally on the game over screen, along with a replay button.
