Nice idea, I guess lol, a little gruesome, but whatever, I like it.

I liked it, but at the same time it's WAY too long to tack in front of a movie. When you're introducing yourself, you still need to get it out of the way before people get bored and stop watching! You might be able to cut it down to just the nail, but even that was fairly long.

A bit long for an intro?
Maybe it's just me, but that seemed a bit too long compared to most introduction things by other people - so perhaps you should consider shortening it a bit if you're going to use it elsewhere.
The artwork was also a little dodgy in places, such as the way the eye bleeds and veins on the eyeball.
Other than that, not bad!
