Not bad, but some minor improvements would help.
Overall, a decent submission. The sound was spot on, as well as most of the visual elements. There were, however, some problems which prevented this from becoming excellent.
First of all, some jokes were too drawn out, especially the delivery joke. Anything that draws the audience away from the main character or plot line for too long risks loosing their attention. That's not to say they were good jokes, but there were some definite points that seemed superfluous.
Then there was the text. Pretty much every written element (I shudder to think what you would have done, had there been dialogue) seemed totally out of place. This is supposed to be Vaudeville/Ragtime, The jokes in the background are supposed to be witty and understated. Satire and Sarcasm work well, there. "OMG A SIGN!!!" is neither witty, nor understated. Then little things like finding a font that fit and capitalization errors dealt the coup de gracé to any text-based jokes.
I know, I'm just complaining, and this is mostly nitpicking, but only because this could have been an above-average submission, had these little changes been made. as it stands.....
Meh. A seven was generous.
