Very good animation, in particular, the moving arrows are very impressive.
I have yet to submit my first movie (I'm struggling to learn right now) and your movie has forced me to make it amazing like yours.

If this was your first, you must've practiced using flash before hand for this quality... You probably meant your first flash SUBMISSION, or UPLOAD. That, to me makes more sense. Nice work.
Very professionally done!
I especially loved the intro, really gave off a polished and professional vibe. This is really quite impressive. Had it not been made known, I would have never guessed this was someones first flash.

well...
by first flash do you mean first actual flash movie, but you have been practising for a while? obviously. you shouldn't just label it as your first flash movie, it needs a proper title. but its good.
