2 frames + music = vote of 0
I like the drawing of the character, but there's no animation; the character doesn't do anything. The music is good too, but what's the point? There is no subject matter, just wasted cache space. Next time, use a little animation; with your apparent drawing skills I'm sure you'll do well.
What do you mean there's no point? Do you ever just chill? What's the point? Damn it; it's to chill. And, he's chilling. He's chilling his little heart out, damn it. He wants a freaking cold beverage, but he doesn't have one. It's about real life. It's about feelings.

this movie had a lot of potential, but it wasn't used to it's fullest. there were nice graphics, and a substantial background. if you had only made a transition into different scenes, with more movements, this would've been pretty good. i hope you keep that in mind as you make your next animation. :-)
btw: the six for sound comes from my ingrained hatred towards the band of whose song you used. the relavence to the story was good.

I think a lot of the essence of this piece is in its simplicity. It was supposed to be as you see it. I probably will make a more involved animation at some point, and I appreciate your input.
