Very funny indeed, I remember than episode, damn, it was such a LONG time ago!
Quite cool.
Its a nice idea for what you have done, especially for a first flash submission and using naruto for this idea.
The animation was alright, But I feel as if it was quite slow.
The drawings of naruto and everyone else was good as well, And I like how you did them.
I dont know if this was rushed, but if you only spent about a week on this animation, I suggest spending a little more time rather than rushing it, and thats my advice to you.

Not bad
However, as geadenfoglia already stated, you should've made your own origional characters. That way, your flash will be more aimed beyond only naruto-fans. I do not compare your artwork to the actual naruto artworks though, that's a lame thing to do considering you are an amature flash artist and they are experienced well-payed animators. I thought your artwork was just fine.
In short: use origional characters, and make it slightly longer.
