Man!! This has to be the most badass remix of this song I have ever heard! And trust me I'm not that easy when it comes to F-Zero music, I love that game so much and the music in it is so awesome that its pretty hard to top it, but you totally did!
There's pretty much nothing with it, my only complaint, and let me just say its a very very mild criticism, would be the reverb on the snare at the beginning of the track, it felt a bit over the top for me, but later on it perfectly blends with everything else.
