I would give it a ten [SPOILER ALERT] if the ending scene wasn't *so* graphic.
I'm not a big fan of gore myself... I didn't like the SAW movies and such.
Great animation (poop) and idea (fibre) though, I enjoyed it, and didn't expect the ending I saw.
