Great

great game, except for the ending, very anti-climatic thats what cost it a star. The only other thing that was buggy was the AI survivor's shooting, id give them an uzi and they'd wait until the zombies got to the baracade to shoot, and the rate-of-fire was slower, and the AI wont use the chainsaw or the hunting rifle. Also a must have feature this game lacks is headshots!!!!!!! You can shoot a zombie 5 times in the face and it wont die, there needs to be headshots w/ pistol, smgs, assault rifle...etc.

Issues

Occasionally I encounter a problem where I can't move the character. It seems to happen when I move in a single direction - he seems to stick. A workaround seems to be alternating directions (e.g. down, right, down, right). Same thing in Last Stand 1. When it sticks like that, it can freeze the whole game until I stop trying to move, then it will pick up again, then I try alternating again.

May be related to the number of zombies.

That's just a bug though - the game design is excellent... except for reloading. The inability to switch weapons when you empty a clip, combined with the excessively long reload time for some weapons (e.g. hunting rifle, chainsaw & shotgun) really hurt it. It seems deliberate that the odds of a runner appearing greatly increase when you start a reload. I can't think of any weapon that can be reloaded before a runner gets from one side to the other, and since you can't swap, he's guaranteed to reach the barricade.

Other than that it's an excellent game.
