Quite funny. I give you full credit for attempting 3D animation.
I also liked the hand at the end...
Small drawback, though, the lack of natural in Sonic's moves (and he was a bit on the slow side, is he ill ?).
Keep trying. Practise makes perfect, as they say...

the 3D model was great.
but the animation was not.
3D animation is tough I now and since Im not so good at it either (not yet I hope) I'll give you the advice my school gave me over and again.
let someone walk, jump and move for you and use that as an example it will help to make the animation look more natural.
btw witch program do you use?

This brought back some bittersweet memories. *sigh*, if only Sega didn't have retards for a marketing department in the 90s.
Kinda reminded me of what was almost on the Sega Saturn.
Really though, I can't compare this to anything else. As there are very few 3d flashes on NG.
