wow, i really hated this.
I can tell that you put an enormous amount of time and effort into this, but hard work doesn't null out the need to put it towards something creative and interesting. I really didn't see the point of anything going on. Cats? Why were their cats? What were they fighting for, their ability to vote and write review on Newgrounds? Are the cats meant to represent the Newgrounds community? Are you calling me a pussy?
Anyway, I think you should spend a little more time trying to appeal to an audience. You may have some sort of crazy fixation with cats, and i'm not going to come down on you for that, but if you reEeEeally want to make it as an animator you should try to entertain everyone else, rather than yourself.
