A note on program peddling
I would wager that Six or More times as many people would pay five dollars for this game's 3d fullversion than would pay 20 bucks for the very same. Heck! for twenty dollars, you'd likely make more if you distributed for free and placed a humble donation link somewhere out of sight that you mention only once during setup. People dig that sort of thing.

this brings back memories from my gameboy version of the original.
Good job on replicating it, liked it alot, plus with the fully rotational turret now.
$20 is a bit high on the game though, maybe halving it would bring up sales.
Otherwise i like the cartoonish style now, and is alot of fun.

I dont see a problem with advertising your game on newgrounds. But is good to be aware of what is already out there. Not to mention it is almost no trouble at all to find a game as good or better than yours for free, forget paying $20 dollars or whatever you wish to charge.
It might be wise to refine the graphics and expand on the upgrades a bunch. Then I might be willing to purchase your game. But as it is it feels too limited. It has potential, it just isn't there yet.
