With a lot of problems ha :) but thank you! it's very simple in a very complex way, its all to do with how you set up the movie clips. With the background as a simple example its a MC of 30 frames, 15 being neutral 0 being evil and 30 being good... depending on the good/evil scale of 1-30 it moves to one of those frames... now each of those frames is made in to a MC its self with 30 frames for the happy/sad scale which in this case is colour to grey. Those scales are just set by numbers on the time line and when you add to them (in this case when the mouse is the right place) you get it animating between the diffrent frames. So just in the background there are 900 diffrent frames. It get a tad more complex when dealing with the fairy but the idea is the same. Hope that gives you some idea of how the whole thing works.

In some ways its a very "designer" game thing to do to leave the user to explore the space and such and while it all well and good some times it's just a pain in the ass. If i ever make a full game out of this idea i'll be sure to make it all a lot more clear heh but thanks for the feed back! glad you liked it

Very interesting game, and I do hope you decide to do an entire game on this, it's a great concept, and you carried it out perfectly. I know it seems like a really silly question, but with what program do you make flash videos and games with? And how do you get it? I'm sorry if it seems I'm imposing, but I would really like to create a game, and I can't find any good programs!

Thanks, if there's one thing i've learnt over the years doing any of this kind of stuff is that the music is just as imporant as everything else and to over look it is to over look one of the most useful tools you have. It took me forever to find a song that fitted and this one works beautifully and really adds to the whole thing
