Another awesome one. Some good points, though I personally consider Linux to be the only one that could probably be considered to be somewhat superior. It's actually a little difficult to screw up too badly on it, and they're all about the freeware, which honestly is almost always as good as the $100-$1000+ name brand software. You also don't really need virus protection.
On a related note, I'm putting together a computer from parts that'll be powerful enough that there wont be a program I can't run. I'm installing Ubuntu Linux on that bad boy!
