Good start
It's a good start. But I miss a menu, sound and a point of playing.

Lack of options
And there's just really no point to it. I mean, what are you supposed to do, just keep building platforms until you get sick of it and kill yourself off? And why are there no instructions?
Seen to many of these
I've seen just to many of these games for me to get excited over them. However, I will say that your guy did move quite smoothly.

Well its gonna be more than it is there when its finished, you can draw your own main character, enemies and backgrounds to make a full featured platformer game.

Nice concept, now make the game
This was a very nice game design, but you shouldn't upload until it is finished. I would like to see options such as place objects (trees, ladders, ect.) and enemys. It also definately needs an eraser, brush size options, and scroll buttons so you can make the level THEN play it. For now, it is a 0, but if you improve, it could be a 10.
