not bad
I just had one problem with it, it's that I noticed neo was only ever doing kung-fu moves, and the truth neo has what I'd like to call "Neo-fu" why? because Neo is able to take in all different type's of martial arts and also he has the ability to change styles almost instaneously so, in the end neo, goes from Kung-Fu too hapkido too karate too even too modern day wrestling (in the books).

really, i hate epic flash(if you read some of my reviews you'll find out why). but i do like recreations. at first, i thought it might be another n00b trying to make epic sprite style matrix stuff. then i read and thought it was a recreation so i thought i'd watch it.
nope, no recreation here. i don't seem to remember neo to be jumping around so much, nor there to be so few smiths(there was 4 actors, but they duplicated it to about 30, whereas this animation was only 5 in total). and you lacked most of the stunts in the matrix. what about the part where he kicked smiths and spun around on the bar planted into the ground? what about the part where he spun the pole around and knocked smiths away in circles as they approached him? what about the smiths entering the doors?
however.. a sprite movie..... and it doesn't gather sprites from different artists and look like frankenstein. thats rare. its all one style. and it wasn't just 2 frames per sprite, it was good quality. this was the difference between a 4/10 and a 6/10.
but still, include all the scenes, and add smiths, make neo less jumpy. if you did that, it'd be a 9/10. if you had more realistic moves, 10/10.

Not a bad animation overall, but there were a few too many 'air time to avoid fight animation' scenes for my taste. Nice job syncing the sounds to the action, though.
