It's pretty good, my biggest problem, is once the screen goes to the green color, it's too easy. I got into the 86,000s (aka, 860 blues) then finally said forget it and killed myself. You should have it keep speeding up every like, 1,000-5,000 points, tot he point where they come down so fast you can't dodge, jsut hope to get lucky. Make gameplay a lot more fun.
Yeah, I realized that after a while. I'm going to update it with a few more speeds.
My highscore is 5300
And that's because I was bored after. Still, the general feel about it is nice. Good presentation, sucky content.

what you should do is
make it hard with the red ones, make them move around or something
also make random apperances like have some stamp on the screen, some just fade up
make the window size smaller

Thanks for the feedback, I'll try and put some of that stuff in the update. Also, the window size is that large, for 2 reasons. 1: I have a gigantic resolution, so that looks normal sized to me. 2: Most people have 1024x1280 which would fit on their screen.
Nothing too new or special
First I do appreciate games that are simple, simple is a good stress releiver, but not when there is no point. Unless I just didn't wait long enough, nothing happens after the background turns green. Would think you wouldve left blue as the last background, but, nope, green.
It got to the point where I was soo boored I touched the red dots just to see what they did, they slowly tick down your life.. And after you die.. You get to submit your score, but you do not get to see the high score table? So you are pretty much just competeing with yourself to collect blue dots in a game that has 3 levels of play.
The cons:
The graphics were unintersting.
The sound got annoying after a while
There was no apparent point, other than collecting score for a scorebord you cant see.
There were only 3 levels of play which you pass through in the first minute or so, makeing the game very, very redundant.
There was overall very little variety in the game.

Overall the game simply lacked variety and challenge, It was fun for about a minute if that, and then it got old. I would suggest that you add more levels to the game, and do more than just change the background colors and the speed at which things happe. Also a mute button would be nice, or a variety of music. Finally either add a point to the game itself or make a leaderboard that you can see after you die. Even if you make the highscores just for that computer/session it would add to the game. Preferably though the board would be all people who have played it and submitted. It really could be a kinda fun game if you change it some.
Thanks for the long review. The graphics, I was thinking of putting FBF in the background per stage. The music, I've gotten reviews from many sites, so I've already added a mute button in my .fla. I realized you couldn't see the scores right after I submitted it, which doesn't matter, because the dumb ArmorBot highscore table doesn't work (but I will have a working one and a view button next time). Obviously, I've gotten many complaints over the difficulty, so I'm adding a few more levels (which could make it the least bit harder). I was also thinking of putting a grow powerup or something.
