1. the crowbar is so you can move into the secret exit. (breaks the extra secure window)
2. it's for the last door.
3. it's for the aperture science website.

EXCELLENT game. Well made, intriguing, fun. Sure, it could have been better, but if it was perfect i would get sick of it within the first five minutes cause i would know what was going to happen. Good job!
