A bit lacking. I came to this tutorial to learn rain effects, but this didn't explain very well. The thing that really ate me up was when you said "Add a blur and some other effects". How am I supposed to know what effects should be put on the rain drop. That is why I came to this tutorial. You need more detail. Don't assume the viewer knows everything.
Pretty lame
Mabey the tutorial itself isn't bad, but the final effect is horrible. I mean, the rain really looks like metal spikes randomly falling down from the sky. You should put more work into each effect, and when you get a satisfying result, write the tutorial.

they was just remakes from tutoriols already on here .. and they half baked!! not very good .. go back start over and put more time into it
They were kinda sucky...
it was helpful to show how to do it. But shouldnt the rain drops br the other way around. It didnt look right, The drop shape probably should of been the the bigger part going down towards the direction it was falling and should have a slight transparency to them. But its okay. The fire sucked and the sunshine wasnt all the great either. But it was a moderate tutorial.
