That was great, I liked it a lot. But Bass' name is not pronounced like the fish, It is pronounced "Base". even though it looks like its pronounced like the fish, its not.
HOW I know: Bass has a dog named Treble. If you've ever looked on a radio and seen the dials that say "bass" and "treble" Bass is the low notes. Thats how the megaman characters got their names. Any Questions?

Nicely done. Others may well find this funny.
It was well done, and there were a few nice touches in there (although there were also a few sloppy bits).
However, overall, a good piece of work.
On the other hand, I just didn't find it funny.
