Reviews for "Mysteryville"

flawed

i got to the withc, had to find her dice, and the dice hidden in the books i kept clicking on and nothing would happen. unless i was mistaken in which case you need something for hints or something

Its a bit missleading

I thought it was going to be a mystery detective game like our beloved Agent Scarecrow, Trapped series, Detective Grimore, and Jack French games. But this was just a "look for this between all that clutter crap game". Although it did burn some boredom time...barely...I didn't even want to listen to the story because I wanted to do is get past this gotdamn game ahhh!

There is no spice to keep you interested in the game, all you do is just look for stuff...so I gave it a 6. Because this game with no spark to it is just a interactive childrens mystery book

i couldn't find the tortoise

you had me until i found i need the same object in each try.
i found some objects for the next mission but could not get past
the second.
everything else was great.
next time try to ramp the difficulty better.

The game needs to decide what its audience is

First off, the art is splendid, and I respect the time and skill it took to hide all those objects in plain sight. However, this feels like a children's game that wants to be an adolescant / adult game (some of the language is a bit high for childrens' games. I hope most 4th graders don't know what a Hookah is, for instance.)

I suppose what I'm trying to say is that this would be far more awesome if you could get it on with the nun.

Not bad

Hidden object games are always fun. Also, the artwork is neat and clean. However, I agree the screen is way too small. I feel like an old woman that has to use a magnifying lens to see the images in detail. Probably best to keep hidden object games on full screen or windowed, but not so small like this.
