This was already blammed.
I remember seeing this much earlier today or later yesterday. Im guessing it was blammed, but you decided to submit it again.
If your animation gets blammed, you should take that as a hint to TRY HARDER. The whole point of the blamming process is to keep crap out of the portal. By submitting it again, you are not serving anyone but yourself. Newgrounds isn't from free online limitless hard drive for you to store your garbage.
I would offer more direct, constructive criticism, but I am sure your already got that with the original, blammed submission.
