Interesting. Let me guess, you play WoW? Hahahaha. I play on Shattered Hand.
Anyway, it's a good game. The music can get a little annoying, but that's just about it. Interesting questions, though I don't entirely understand what some of the questions had to do with zombie survival. I liked how to tallyed results though, but I'm afraid if you don't watch zombie movies you wouldn't understand how well you did on the quiz.
Also, another little thing. I didn't really like how you laid out the answers. It made the game look disorganized. The mini-games were orginial for quizes but they weren't really amazing.

Good: The way you tallyed results, the mini-games, the length, decent graphics, detailed answers and questions
Bad: Not enough description in results, the music, the organization, needs me mainstream information other than a picture telling you that you are like that person.
Improvements:
1) Make better music that doesn't repeat and make more music choices. You can also include stuff that doesn't have to be zombified.
2) Make the answers a little less all over the place. It looks scattered.
3) Make more detailed results. You had a long game with detailed questions, but for all that work I didn't get a little writing on whether or not I would survive. It was just a picture saying I was similar to someone and a %.
4) Make more mini-games with better quality. Graphics were mediocre.
5) Add some special effects! Add a little blood, make it look a little more realistic.
Decent game overall.
