There's a lot of room for improvement.
First problem: the music. Just playing Sanctuary is only good for intros or trailers. You need more tunes. For example, in this movie, I'd put in a Destiny Islands song, then a dangerous song for fighting the heartless, then a song for Traverse Town.
Second, sound effects. You should add some of those; they help a lot.
Third, the text. It's often hard to read it over the background, so you should put it in text boxes instead of just having it hanging around. Also, don't make it continue on its own; include a button to progress the text instead, so that people can read at their own pace, and make sure it's a solid button, not just another bit of text, because those are difficult to click.
Fourth, the animation. You spent too much time describing stuff and too little time showing it; for instance, the "storm" was nothing more than a background recolor and seemed to appear instantly. See some other high-rated sprite battle flashes to see how smooth the best sprite animations can be.
Fifth, the plot. It's way too rushed. Most of this was just a compressed version of the intro to the real Kingdom Hearts, with almost nothing new. Kingdom Hearts itself had those scenes in Disney Castle way near the beginning, so I recommend you make a variation of those. As it is, it seems like hardly anything happened, as if this were merely summarizing events rather than actually showing them. You should spend a lot more time fleshing out what's actually happening, and making it seem like this is actually taking place in a world.
Sixth, the game selection (in your comments). This is just a personal complaint, but since you're rewriting Kingdom Hearts with video games, it's sort of cheating to include games based on anime, like Dragon Ball or Naruto. You should put in more worlds from actual games, like (just for example) Kirby, Chrono Trigger, or Klonoa.
Finally, the load times. Don't worry too much; they're not nearly a problem yet. You should of course try to limit the file size somewhat, so that it doesn't get HUGE, but that's secondary to your Flash's quality and completeness.
Anyway, that's all the advice I can think of at the moment. Don't let my low vote discourage you. I like your idea, but it needs work. Good luck.

Well, for one you could work on the fluidity of the sprites because , and the story has to go slower because we can barely keep up with the text and the story. You could try message boxes on the bottom of the screen when people talk so that the background won't hide the text. Better fighting scenes please!!!
I don't know how to reduce the size but for this submission I'll give it a 5 so It'll survive because I want to see you improve for the rest of the series.Good Luck!

Definitely some good ideas here, just work on your animation a little (the part with the black lines springs to mind) Otherwise good job, and I hope to see this completed!
