It's decent
It would be nice if there were an "order up" bell so they could serve the food since with ice creams to serve them you have to turn off the sauce/whipped cream but other orders like french-fries just go on their own. It'd provide some constancy on how you get your order to go away and get served.
And I'm not sure if you do this later in the game, but having a VIP/Food Critic come and you get a big bonus if you do excellent but take a hit on your cash if you do badly. Plus VIPs could order things not on the menu so you have to create your own recipe on the spot or could tell the chef to suprise them and you choose which recipe you want to make off a list.
Also as far as I could tell, you didn't have an option to spend the money you earn on things like upgrades...
But overall it was fun.

Although this is clearly a good game. You can tell it was made for downloadable purposes mainly. So that's the reason the art is so well drawn and there's very little glitches. Try and make it longer in the free trail version in order to attract more downloaders.
Interesting concept.
Although I am not crazy about this game myself. It was very well done. The concept of the game is interesting, and it does have alot of potential. The replay value of the game should keep those it appeals to coming back for more.
However with this only being a demo. With you wanting people to pay to play the full game, sadly lowers the score. While I understand a game like this took some time and effort to make. It is still a flash game, and I see no reason to pay to see more.
