Most if not all of the info you provided are already well known. I have also found the infomation to be very accurate. I see that the background is much more better than your previous tutorial on B/P points.

At the general is pretty good, the graphics are simple but fine, however the pics where a little worse, it's easy to understand and has a nice background music.
It also offers some more extra knowledge about NG BBS which is really fine.
It's short but good, and that paint drawing was fine too ;D
