It wasn't funny, the animation was terrible, the art wasn't true to the original, and it was really short with no trace of closure with the plot created.
I'm not trying to be a jerk, here, but I'm giving my opinion.
The worst part, I'm afraid, was that it wasn't very true to Fancy Pants.
Fancy Pants doesn't use guns, swear, have blood, or anything that wouldn't be rated E. The overall randomness with seemingly no direction really didn't help.
I'm sorry. 2 out of 10.
2 points because you as an artist has potential if you focus more on your own ideas and overall effort. Get a little more experience with Flash and cartoons and then try again.
