The idea was well portrayed. I just wanted to see better cartoon style in the characters, they looked quite plain and boring. Exaggeration and unrealistic proportions is what cartoons are all about!

Yes, these days much animation is done in that way, but by no means should animators be restricted to using one style.
In this animation I tried to loosen up the style in the psychedelic scene to show an actual detachment from reality, and I felt that using a more rigid style for reality made a good contrast.
