I love the piano melody here XayberOptix, very soft... very moving. As a classical composer myself, I really appreciate the voice you have going on here.
Very good use of octaves, gives it a great outstanding platform for the song to stand on.
I heard some strings in there, make those louder man, let the strings boom with the piano, in my opinion the strings are the piano's best friends, their voices are very very compatible, and generate a great feeling.
I know if you did this the song would probably not be used, but have you ever considered putting sound effects in this piece? I can hear this with some gentle rain, some rolling thunder, to give it the ultimate depressed, gentle, yet lovely theme.
Just suggestions ^^.
