I really like how you did this, the style, the coloring reminding me of DOS a little, the shading. Everything is great.

Pixel Art and Undertale?!
This is awesome!!!
Even though i absolutely HATE undertale and it's fandom, I seem to like this picture, Mostly because I love pixel art, But this is so well-made that i can't hate it in any way.. Except it's undertale so that's the only thing to hate here.
I may DESPISE Undertale, but this is an amazing piece of art. All I can really criticize is some of the shading. Frisk should be just a little bit less shaded, and the skull thing in the background looks weird with half of it being dark, while the other half is lighter. Sans should also be a bit smaller (or Frisk a bit bigger.) In the game, they're the same height, so if Sans is further back, h should be smaller than Frisk. Plus, the blue flame on Sans' hand doesn't look right with how you did the 3d effect. It looks sort of like a snake, or maybe some cloth that's wrapped around Sans' hand and got stuck in the pillar.
Though I may hate Undertale, this is a great piece overall. The only mistakes are some oddly shaded things, some sizing problems, and the small flame on Sans' hand.
