Improving!
Hey man, I've played all of your other versions and i noticed that you've really listened to the constructive criticism some people gave you, I find that pretty cool ^^.
This game has lots of potential, you just have to add some other stuff like :
<->Better artwork
<->Upgrades for the buildings
<->The ability to place buildings wherever you want

The game doesn't have a lasting appeal.
Try making the city bigger.
Add upgrades to buildings.
Put random events.
You're almost their.
And also, call this version 3.0 instead of calling it a sequel.

nearly there, but, when i build a flat my poulation rises and then drops back down to 300 again :S
but its getting better, like the idea of rewards a lot

I liked it, the only things you really need for improvement are:
1. when the buildings are getting destroyed, you should have an animation of the structure actually getting destroyed
2. a way to put buildings wherever possible
3. a better variety of buildings
but nevertheless it was done very well
