To me, the theme is the futility and frustration of Life. That's what I got out of it, at least. I'm sure there's a hundred and one messages/underlying themes/popcorn you could get out of a deep, philosophical analysis. In the end, the art is superb. The style perverse and your delivery spot on.
I actually find your minimalistic Author Comment to be quite lulzy.
