That was way better than I thought it would be. I liked the animation, though some parts were a bit hard to focus on. If I could offer any advice I'd say check the spelling of 'rogue' in some parts, and try to avoid black text over a black gradient in the background as it got quite hard to read. Also try and keep next buttons in the same place, so they're easier to click. Other than that well done :D
Those are some good advise I'll keep 'em in mind.
Um I googled the name to be sure and on gamespot the name was spelled Rouge. I thought it was probably a trusty site so I spelled it that way.
I do have SA2 though, should've checked the instruction manual...

I really liked it, the animation was very good, and you added some great effects to it!
The story wasn't a masterpiece, and it's probably not a frontpager, but it was very good, flowy and fun to watch.
Th only things you should pay more attention to, in my opinion, are music (sometimes had good quality, but then it changed to a poorly recorded one) and the text, wich you said you didn't put a lot of effort on.
Anyway, I liked it. Voted 4 :D
Hmm... I'm not sure which of the musics you think is the poorly recorded one. I never recorded any music, so I think you just mean that the music sucked.
The song that comes when Knux picks up the emerald was made by me but I didn't think it suited the flash that well but I didn't know what to do to it so I left it in. Also the reason I made the music myself was to improve, but also to reduce file size.
Yeah I'd be surprised if this hit the front page, I don't think it deserves that.

A word of advice:
If you are sure that your flash isn't good, you're probably right, so saying to yourself, "Fuck it, that'll do" and uploading your mediocre flash to Newgrounds is about as sensible as checking to see if a "WET PAINT" sign is lying by putting your hand on the painted object.
Um ok. I didn't say I didn't put any effort into this animation. In fact I said I worked on it for two months, but the story side of the thing wasn't too good. You make it sound like you just read the description and reviewed right ahead, since you didn't say what was so bad about it in your opinion.
Still you're right though it's just mediocre and I'm not outstanding.
I just don't think I have to be yet either. This is my fifth submission, cut me some slack!
