this looked alot better then it was
try more songs, more games in arcade, stuff to buy for your house, easter eggs, rythmed based gameplay instead of random notes, maybe buy a band, stats, and more casnio games and ppl would be eating out of your hands cause that what i though i was gettin (a rag to richest story with gta elements) not a linear game like this this really no point to play it the way it is

How kids with no talent think if they can play these types of games it will make them good at anything musically. It takes years to learn how to play an instrument WELL nevermind at the level of a rock star, and no emo kids and japanese fags dont count because their music is a joke. Game irritated me in a personal way but it wasnt put together too badly.

I remember playing the demo of this back... was it during the Rock Out! contest? It wasn't very good all the way back then, either. Did you change anything?
The game should focus SO MUCH MORE on RHYTHM aspects. Not only does the single note chart you have not correspond to any sort of rhythm at all, it is the SINGLE note chart. The note catching game could have some promise if it followed the rhythm at all as well. More songs, more attention to detail would be nice.
Pool is super broken. The game arcade is not for fun. The game arcade is for a confused look when you realize the only game there is bad after one turn.
The house is totally useless save that 3-second tape I bought out of curiosity. I was more annoyed that I had to trudge through the awful rhythm section several times to earn it.
In essence, all of the extra features of the game are shallow and totally worthless. The real rhythm aspect of the game is... shallow, and totally worthless. People aren't voting you down because you're on the Front Page and this is bad. People are voting you down because this is bad. You're just getting more hits and more people realizing how terrible this is because it's on the Front Page.
Well...i'l be dead honest
This game would have been great if you could have worked harder or organized it better,you had some originality....heres the rating :
Music : Only one song? How the heck did the guy get to be a rock star by only playing one song and only seven time,if it would be like that i'd be a rock starwithin a day >.<
Graphics : Not bad,could be better,maybe you could put more side-characters in the game? ( NPCS,the guy is like alone in the world).
Gameplay : Random notes? you should try and make them follow the beat! then the game would be better,i like the second play mode,i call it the note blocker...That one was original,but sometimes too hard,and you should balance your levels,in the first level you have to get a perfect and in others you don't need to?
Store : The money concept and the store is really original,first time i see this with a rythm game on newgrounds,you should make so what you buy could be more usefull,like new guitars to get more attention for person,new songs to play for people,Some musicians to have more popularity,pay advertising etc.
House : I like the fact that you can move the things in your house,original again! Only problem,you should be able to buy new houses or new furniture,because theres not really some place for a change in them,if you get what i mean.
Character : You should have more character choice,and maybe harder Modes,like easy medium hard and pro....and you could win secret characters.
Stage : You should have more stages you can play in,
Bug or Glitches to fix? : Maybe the background music should stop when you play a song,and you should maybe make it so you hear the croud yelling. The stickman thing when you buy it,you cna't even use it!

Yeh i agree with a lot of things you have said. I still think the game deserves a lot more than a 3. The stick animation is playable on the tinted tv next to the normal one. I've fixed some bugs and just have to wait for staff to accept it.

it wasn't really good at all. There is only one song, only one guitar, and the way to play the thing is dumb. If your gonna to have to stop the nites with a paddle, make them a little more creative them arrows. The notes didn't even corrispond witht the song half the time.
Why does every single person focus on the bad. How about
"nice attempt, there was some good elements to the game, i think it could have been a lot better though for example having more songs and perhaps guitars. Although then the file size would get really large."
