The audio and sprite use was good but none of it was really funny. It was the same joke over and over again. Next time you do a parody try to think of the gags a head of time, because it seems like you just thought up one joke and just redid each segment.

You ran the same gag over and over. And when you retell the same joke like that, it gets less funny. I don't think it helped that the Giant Boos didn't smile after they played their prank, so the delivery was bad.
Improve your sprite animation and try again.
