This is just hilarious! Seriously, who wouldn't laugh at the thought of the baddest Sith Lord in the galaxy saying, "I am Darth Vulgar, Mutha-f***er of the Universe!"
The animation is certainly good enough for what the toon is based on, and still a lot better than many others I've seen. You get extra points for doing something that's actually funny!
