bit annoying...
The idea is alright, and it is amusing, but there is room for improvement.
You could ad some more power ups, don't let the ball appear randomly in the middle of the screen (this is most annying), and try to see if you can get a less repetative music.
coming back to the music, if found a small bug. If you press the music-on button, while the music is on, two music track are started. just a minor issue, but worth looking at it.

a pacman on drugs lol, this was pretty good, although it was annoying how the balls randomly appeared, that made it harder to stay alive. Anyway good time waister type arcade game, good work.

It was great for a first try. I'm giving it a 7 because 1: Its a little repetitive, i lost interest quickly. 2: Lots of random colors. Maybe if you made the game a little harder and made the tail work like the game "Snake" It would be a lot better. Hope that helped :)

Like I said this is good for a first, a little to much bizzarre colors though. But hey! It was good, it got a bit repetitive and boring but was still addicting. Maybe if you added a reward at the end, like a movie?
