I have a soft spot for hand drawn anime since I draw it myself. Lol! Hmm you failed to give credit to the audio artist- that sounded a lot like Spike Jones and the City Slickers - I may be wrong but it sounded a lot like him. Good job. Other than choppy animation at a couple parts, this was a very good second NG animation. I liked how you snuck in a couple video game jokes to add a little variety. The "scenes" were quick like the song, which was cool. The coolest part was the song itself, though, Nicely picked.
